Dry Film Lubricants
Current Dry Film Lubricant Advantages:

Ultraflon™ Dry Film Lubricant: Ultraflon™ dry-film lubricants are exclusive to Laurel using novel technologies and proprietary ingredients. As well as providing the above characteristics our products also:
- Are sold as concentrates and may be reduced with addition of the base carrier to suite the application
- Solvent (DF series) or Aqueous (AD series) systems
- AD Series is non-flammable and VOC free
- Many products meet the guidelines to FDA 21 CFR 177.1550
- Repetitive semi-permanency, have seen effectiveness improve up to 90x versus other oils, greases and other dry films
- Hydrophobic (With contact angles above 165° when air-dried)
- Heat curing not required, but if brought to temperature (750°F) will form a continuous film
- Reduced friction and noise
- Improves abrasion resistance
- Applicable to a multitude of substrates

Recommended PTFE Micropowders: MP-Series (all of Laurel's granular PTFE micropowders are suitable, but dry powders, unless dispersed in a carrier, will not easily bind to a substrate. Please Contact Us and we'll help decide if a powder is right for your application)
