Granular MP-Series
Ultraflon™ Granular MP-Series (MP-10, MP-30, MP-80/92 & MP-8T): are white, fine-particle, virgin granular PTFE micropowder that, depending on the application requirements, range in particle size from 3µm to 11µm. The granular MP series are designed to offset standard PTFE additives currently on the market.

CD-Based MP-Series
Ultraflon™ CD-Based MP-Series (MP-25 & MP-55): are white, fine-particle, virgin PTFE micropowder that are coagulated dispersion based. The CD-Based MP series are designed to offset standard PTFE additives currently on the market. The advantage of a CD-based micropowder is that under high shear mixing the particles can be disagglomerated down to the primary particle size of 0.3µm providing excellent surface area coverage. The higher molecular weight of these products also increases viscosity.
