AD Series Specifications
The AD Series are milky-white suspensions of PTFE in water. Unlike traditional PTFE dispersions, A-100 is more environmentally friendly because it is created without
additional surfactants where AD-10 is a standard dispersion.
OD Series Specifications
The OD Series are novel grades of PTFE fluoropolymer resin that can be dispersed in the aromatic solvent of your choice. There are no additional surfactants used in the dispersions.
Dust Supression
We manufacture a series of water-based PTFE dispersions
that reduces dust by forming micro-fibrils when sheared. The nanometer diameter fibrils form a network with sufficient strength to hold the fine particles of the host material in place. These fibrils create enormous surface area providing efficient dust removal at extremely low usage rates.

UF Series Specifications
The UF Series is Laurel's patented line of ultra-fine PTFE powder with particle sizes as low as 200 nanometers. It is specially treated for ultimate compatibility and made for release applications where superior dispersion is needed.
MP Series Specifications
MP Series micropowder are white, fine-particle, virgin granular PTFE micropowder that, depending on the client requirements, range from 1 to 11microns.
MP Series Specifications
MP Series micropowder are white, fine-particle, coagulated dispersion (CD) based PTFE micropowder that, depending on the client requirements, range from 1 to 12 microns.
FP Series Specifications
FP Series micropowder are white fine particle powders made from either high or low molecular weight FEP. Applications are similar to MP series, but better suited where lower melt temperature, lower surface energy and melt flow processing are critical.
DF Series Specifications
DF-20 is a specially formulated off-white suspension of our UF-8TA in IPA. Industry uses include: Dry Films, Coatings and Mold Releases
